Is breakfast included in the room price?

Yes, breakfast is always included in the room rate.

How much is the tourist tax?

The price of the tourist tax is 1.32€, IVA included, per person and per night, with a maximum of 7 nights.

What is the hotel check-in time?

The entrance to the room is from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception and enjoy our garden and swimming pool.

What is the check-out time?

Check-out time is at 12:00h, but if you wish you can stay in the pool and the garden until lunch time.

Is the hotel ONLY ADULTS?

The hotel is only for adults 14 years of age and older.

Are there any smoking areas in the hotel?

Smoking is permitted outside the hotel as long as it does not disturb others. The hotel is smoke-free.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are NOT allowed.

Cancellation policy?

If you cancel before 7 days of check-in, there is no penalty. If the cancellation is within these 7 days, a penalty is applied.

Do all rooms have a terrace?

Within the farmhouse we have 3 standard rooms with a small terrace and one junior suite with a terrace. The 10 exterior superior rooms face the pool and garden.

Can I choose the specific room I want to be in?

The online reservation system does not allow you to choose a specific room, but it does allow you to select the type of room. If you are interested in a specific room, you will have to contact us by phone or online.

If I am a single person, how do I make a reservation?

Double rooms for single use must be reserved by calling the hotel at 872987069.

Do you have towels available for the pool?

Towels are available for our guests.

Can family members or acquaintances come to visit me while I am staying?

The hotel, for security reasons and to respect the privacy of our guests, does not accept the entry of non-guests. It will be possible, in a limited way, to enter by greeting someone who is staying at the hotel for a few minutes.

How many people can sleep in a room?

All our rooms are double rooms. In case you would like to add an extra person, you should contact the hotel directly.
